1. Acceptance of Terms

This is the Terms of Service of Packet1337 Inc ("Packet1337" or "We"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of all services provided by Packet1337, including but not limited to, games developed and/or published by Packet1337, websites, software applications, online services, game server. These Terms govern the relationship between you ("You" or "User") and Packet1337. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any part of the Services You agree to these Terms and accept to be bound by them. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations, so if You do not agree to the Terms, You may not use Our Services.

2. Account Association

Trap Labs ("Game" or "Video Game") does not require account creation to play online. The Game associate a default account tied to the platform that the user is currently playing (e.g. Steam, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center). You are obligated to comply with the platforms terms of service in addition to our Terms of Service.

3. Who May Use Services

Specifically for traplabs.net: You agree that you are at least 13 years old and that if you are between 13 and 18 years old, your legal guardian has reviewed and agree to these Terms and is happy for you to access and use our Services.

Specifically for Trap Labs the game: Anyone may use our services. The Game does not actively collect any information related to the User. Data may be passively collected through the gaming platform's services, which you are obligated to comply with the platforms terms of service.

4. End-Use License Agreement for Trap Labs

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Game for any device owned and controlled by You.

You shall not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of the Game
• Make any modifications, adaptations, improvement, enhancement, translation or derivative work from the Game
• Use the Game for any revenue generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which is not intended
• Distribute the Game or make the Game available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple devices or users at the same time
• Use the Game for creating produce, services or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for any services, product or software offered by Packet1337
• User any proprietary information or interfaces of Packet1337 or other intellectual property of Packet1337 in the design, development, manufacture, licensing or distribution of any application, accessories or devices for use with the Game

You and Packet1337 agree that in the event of your use of the Game infringes any intellectual property rights of Packet1337, You (and not Packet1337) will be responsible for legal issues arising from the infringement.

We may, at anytime and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this License and the rights afforded to You hereunder with or without prior notice. Furthermore, if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this License, then this License and any rights afforded to You hereunder shall terminate automatically.

The Game is provided on an "as is" basis. As such we disclaim all warranties about the Game to the fullest extent permitted by Law.

We will not be held responsible for any damages that arise out of the use of the app.

All purchases and in-game purchases from any platform are subject to terms granted by the distribution platform (e.g. Steam, Google Play, Apple App Store). For more information please consult the terms of the platform which You are on.
